Yes, there is such thing as a "Crepe Cake". It's not suppose to be "Creep Cake", it's a "Crepe Cake". Get it now? I hope so. Anyways, this cake is layered with crepes (french thin-type pancakes), your choice of fruit filling (optional), & delicious FRESH whipped cream. Not the fake stuff in my book, always FRESH... like come on, have to have fresh. ;) I can even make it gluten-free! Sorry though, no dairy-free way out here. :( This is just for you "just gluten-free" type of people.
